Dear Guests / Delegates,

Arrangements for WALMI Events – AIWM 2023 and ICWMCC 2023 are progressing properly.

• Technical Programmes of the events have been chalked out in consultation with individual expert and their roles are assigned upon consent.
• Accommodations have been booked in best hotels in Hubli – Dharwad. Allocation of rooms, hotel contact details will be shared soon.
• Airport pick up / drop, local travel arrangements are arranged.
• Food arrangements for the duration of the events are arranged.
