Guidelines for Young Professionals

Guidelines for Oral presentation:

1. 1. Presenters should present the research findings, recommendations, good practices through PPTs (10 slides)
   2. Time allotted for paper presentation will be 10 minutes only.
   3. Best 3 Oral presentations will be awarded on valedictory session of conference.

Guidelines for Poster presentation:

1. 1. Presenters should present the poster size of 27”X 40” with font type Times New Roman.
   2. It should include title of Research, brief Introduction, Materials and Methods, Discussion, Conclusion with suitable tables, graphs and charts etc.
   3. Best 03 poster presentations will be awarded on valedictory session of conference.

General guidelines for Young professionals:

1. 1. Your stay has been arranged at WALMI, Dharwad campus and UAS, Dharwad campus. Local travel arrangements will be made by Organizing Committee.
   2. Food arrangements have been made at WALMI, Dharwad campus only.
   3. Travelling allowances will be paid only by producing your Train ticket (maximum of II A/C) or Bus ticket.
