Flow of Technical Session and Role of Experts

Each Technical Session will have a Chairman/ Co Chairman/Key Note Speaker/Lead Speaker and Two Rapporteurs.

• Chairman/ Co-chairman: Introduce the speakers and the topic (its objectives, scope, limitations and outcome) and manage the entire session, summarizes the deliberations at the end of session and provides outputs for reporting by the rapporteur.
• Key Note Speaker: Throws light on different dimensions of the subject under consideration to set tone for further deliberations.
• Lead Speaker: Speaks on Specific issue / Subject under the overall concept.
• Rapporteur: Will record proceedings of the session and come out with specific conclusions and recommendations.
